Swan Lake Stables

Swann Lake Stables is located on the outskirts of Cahaba Heights in Birmingham, AL at 4291 Sicard Hollow Road. This venue is one of Birmingham’s hidden treasures. Swann Lake Stables was built in 2004 by the current owners. Swann Lake Stables is available for a limited number of weddings and corporate events. The property is resting on acres of land while located near restaurants, shopping and hotels, Swann Lake Stables gives you the feel of the country and the convenience of the city. The upper barn features 4 rustic stalls, an indoor balcony, grand room with built in bar area with iron chandelier, a stone patio that wraps completely around one side of the stables with a grand stone fireplace and a huge manicured grass lawn. The property also has various outdoor options for event photos along the beautiful Little Cahaba River.
